Terms & Conditions:
London First Choice is a booking agency and acts in good faith soley between guests and Hotels, and Apartments. London First Choice does not itself provide accommodation, nor does it own or control those who do, that are registered on our database. All information is based upon details provided by hotels and apartments, and London First Choice has taken all reasonable care to ensure this information is correct.

Damage to Apartment: Except in the case of normal wear and tear the hirer will be responsible for making good any damage to the apartment or its contents which has occurred due to negligence, willful damage or irresponsible behavior on the part of those occupying the apartment. Such damage must be reported, without delay, to the apartment management. The cost of the repair or replacement must be agreed with the apartment management. The hirer is responsible for taking all reasonable care of the property and its contents.

Rights of Access: The apartment representatives or their subcontractors have the right of access to the property at any time, with due regard to the convenience of the hirer, for the purpose of inspection of the property and to carry out any essential repair or maintenance work that may occur.

Injury and Damage:  Neither we, nor the apartment representatives, take any liability for personal injury loss or damage to personal effects howsoever arising during the booking period.

Maximum Number of Persons: Under no circumstances may more than the maximum number of persons specified in the apartment description occupy the apartment except by prior agreement with the apartments.  The apartments reserve the right to refuse admittance to the apartment to the hirer and their party if they are in breach of this condition.

Cancellation Policies:

Apartment Bookings:
A deposit as outlined in our apartment rental offer to you, is payable at the time of booking, and once a booking confirmation has  been sent to you with full details, in all cases deposits are non refundable, and bookings are non transferable, the guest will be liable to individual cancellation policies of the different apartments, as stated on all the individual apartment web pages.

Non Arrival / Curtailment of Stay: In the event of non arrival, or the guest curtails their stay, once they have arrived, the guest will be liable to pay the total amount of stay, as stated on our individual apartment web pages


A £25.00 pounds administration fee will be charged for any alterations to a confirmed booking, and will be charged to your credit card by London First Choice. No booking alterations can be made within the individual apartments cancellation period. Please see individual apartment web pages for the relevant cancellation periods.

Hotel Bookings:
A deposit as outlined in our Hotel offer to you, is payable at the time of booking, and once a booking confirmation has  been sent to you with full details, in all cases deposits are non refundable. In addition London First Choice require a clear 72 hours notice, prior to arrival. In the event of less than 72 hours notice being received, additional Hotel cancellation policies will apply, and will be charged to your credit card at the individual Hotel managements discretion.

Non Arrival / Curtailment of Stay: In the event of non arrival, or curtailment of  stay, once the guests has arrived, additional Hotel cancellation policies will apply, and will be charged to your credit card, at the individual Hotel managements discretion.

Hotel Booking Alterations:
A £25.00 pounds administration fee will be charged for any alterations to a confirmed booking, and will be charged to your credit card by London First Choice. No booking alterations can be made within the 72 hours hotels cancellation period. 

Complaints Procedure:
In the first instance any complaint must be made to the hotel or apartment management, where steps will be taken to resolve any particular issue. In a case where an issue cannot be resolved, London First Choice will negotiate with the hotel or apartment management to offer alternative accommodation, however this cannot be guaranteed. London First Choice does not accept liability for any complaint that is made after the guest(s) stay has terminated. Any dispute arising out of the agreement for provision of accommodation shall be governed by, and subject to English law and jurisdiction.

By accepting a reservation with London First Choice, it is deemed that you have accepted the above cancellation policies, and London First Choice strongly advises all clients to take out  fully comprehensive travel insurance to cover personal accident, medical cover, for any losses that may be incurred.
