Payment Terms:
The above prices are inclusive of VAT tax and service charge. A deposit based on apartment type is required, and the balance is due 5 weeks prior to arrival date. For bookings within this period the total charge of stay is required.

Cancellation Policy:
A clear 28 days notice, prior to arrival is required for a full refund, less 10% administration charge. For reservations within 5 weeks of arrival the full payment of stay will be charged. For cancellations of less than 28 days notice, non arrival , or curtailment of stay, once arrived, no refund will be made. Your credit card details will be given to the apartments, and held against breakage and or unpaid telephone charges. London First Choice Apartments strongly advises all clients to take out fully comprehensive travel insurance to cover personal accident, medical cover, and any losses that may be incurred.
