The above prices are fully inclusive of VAT and service charge.

Cancellation Policy:
A deposit based on apartment type is required, and in all cases the deposit is non refundable.. The balance of payment becomes due 28 days prior to arrival, and will be charged to your credit card by the apartments. For reservations made where arrival is within 28 days, the deposit will be taken by London First Choice Apartments, and the balance will be debited to your credit card by the apartments.

For cancellations of less than 28 days notice, non arrival, or curtailment of stay, once arrived, no refund will be made. Your credit card details will be supplied by London First Choice to the apartments, for the balance of payment, and will be held by the apartments against breakage and or unpaid telephone charges. London First Choice Apartments strongly advises all clients to take out fully comprehensive travel insurance to cover personal accident, medical cover, and any cancellation losses that may be incurred.
