High quality accommodation in an elegant Victorian townhouse, and  quietly located in a tree-lined garden square very close to Kensington Palace, minutes from the park, tube, restaurants and shops.

Once a private home and still retaining much of its original charm, the building has been refurbished to provide eleven individual apartments ranging from studios to a three bedroom apartment sleeping from 1 up to 8 people and awarded a 4 star rating by Visit Britain - Quality in Tourism.

These beautifully appointed apartments are serviced daily, 7 days per week, except Bank Holidays, with fresh linen and towels changed twice per week. the reception is manned seven days per week, where safe deposit facilities are available. :

There are 11 apartments with a range of Standard and Superior Studios, One Bedroom Apartments, Two Bedroom Apartments, and a Three Bedroom Apartment.

Cancellation Policy:
In all cases deposits are non refundable, in addition a clear 28 days notice, prior to arrival is required, or the full balance becomes due, and will be charged to your credit card by the apartments. For cancellations of less than 28 days notice, non arrival, or curtailment of stay, once arrived, no refund will be made. Your credit card details will be given to the apartments, and on arrival a £500.00 pounds security deposit authorization will be made to your credit card and held against breakage and or unpaid telephone charges which will be cancelled to your card on departure. London First Choice Apartments strongly advises all clients to take out fully comprehensive travel insurance to cover personal accident, medical cover, and any losses that may be incurred.
