Cancellation Policy:
In all cases deposits are non refundable and in addition a clear 28 days notice of cancellation prior to the arrival date is required, in the event of less than 28 days notice being received, curtailment of stay once the guest has arrived or non arrival the total charge of stay will be non refundable, alterations to confirmed reservations may be made up to 28 days of the arrival date for which a £25.00 pounds administration fee is charged, alternations within 28 days of the arrival date are considered as cancellation and the full payment will be charged by the apartments and is non refundable. Your credit card will be held by the apartments against breakage and or unpaid telephone charges. London First Choice Apartments strongly advises all clients to take out fully comprehensive travel insurance to cover personal accident, medical cover, and any accommodation losses that may be incurred.
