Cancellation Policy:
In all cases deposits are non refundable and in addition a clear 28 days notice of cancellation prior to the arrival date is required, in the event of less than 28 days notice, curtailment of stay once the guest has arrived or non arrival, the total charge of stay will be non refundable. Alterations to reservations: alterations to confirmed reservations may be made up to 28 days of arrival date, for which a £25.00 pounds administration fee is charged, alterations within 28 days of arrival date are considered as cancellation and full payment will be charged and is non refundable.  London First Choice Apartments strongly advises all clients to take out fully comprehensive travel insurance to cover personal accident, medical cover, and any losses that may be incurred.
