Cancellation Policy:
In all cases deposits are non refundable. A clear 14 days notice of cancellation prior to arrival is required, in the event of less then 14 days notice, curtailment of stay once the guest has arrived or non arrival, the total charge of stay will be non refundable. Alterations to reservations: alterations to confirmed reservations may be made up to 14 days of arrival, for which a £20.00 pounds administration fee is charged, alterations within 14 days of arrival are considered as cancellation and full payment will be charged. London First Choice Apartments strongly advises all clients to take out fully comprehensive travel insurance to cover any cancellation  losses that may be incurred.
